Fiesta Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1/4 c. milk or cream (I prefer cream)
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 can Doritos Con Quesa dip

Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
Place in casserole dish.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
