Tator Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium tator
    3 boxes powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    small can Pet milk
    creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil tator until done.
    Peel while hot.
    Mash until lumps are gone.
    Add vanilla and sugar using about 1 cup sugar at a time. Add milk when mixture becomes stiff.
    Roll out on sugar.
    Spread with peanut butter.
    Roll into a loaf.
    Chill for 5 minutes. Slice in quarters and dip in powdered sugar.
