Joyce'S Chinese Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded cabbage
    sliced celery
    sliced or diced carrots
    sliced apples (same as for a Waldorf Salad)
    Butter Buds seasoning
    fresh orange juice (squeezed from an orange, not from a concentrate)
Preparation
    Shred as much cabbage as you want to eat at a meal.
    Chop or dice your celery, carrots and apples according to how much you want in proportion to your cabbage.
