Italian Ricotta Pie(Traditional Easter Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sugar and eggs.
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Pour into pie crust shell (thick). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
