Couscous Porridge A La Golden Russets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. couscous
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dried currants
    salt
    yogurt
    apples
Preparation
    Heat the milk until just short of scalding, melting the butter in it, having added the salt already.
    Dump in the couscous, then a generous handful of currants.
    Remove from heat; stir it up, cover and let sit for five minutes.
