Fettucine Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fettucine noodles (2 lb.)
    1 c. fresh milk or cream or mocha mix can be used for richer flavor
    1 stick butter
    fresh Parmesan cheese (to taste, approximately 3 to 4 oz.)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    You can tell if fish is fresh if the gills are pink with fresh red blood.
    Fish should not smell fishy and the eyes should be clear and firm, not cloudy.
    The inside should be clean and the meat should be firm.
