Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine.
    Roll into walnut size balls in sugar.
    Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
