Cheesy Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pt. half and half
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Thaw frozen hash browns to a point where you can break them up easily in baking dish.
Melt all ingredients (except potatoes) and pour mixture over potatoes
in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Let stand 1 hour, then bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
