Ingredients

6 eggs
3 3/8 c. sugar
7 1/2 c. milk
6 c. heavy cream
7 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until they form peaks. Add sugar gradually to the egg mixture. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into gallon freezer and freeze as directed by ice cream maker.
