Cheese-Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

2 c. (1 lb.) small-curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. each dried basil and oregano leaves, crumbled
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
5 c. thinly sliced zucchini or other summer squash (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, herbs, olives, egg and 1 tablespoon of the flour; set aside.
