Texas Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion to taste
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    12 flour tortillas
    8 oz. Velveeta, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add beans; mix well. Place 6 tortillas in casserole pan.
    Layer ground beef mix, cheese and remaining tortillas in casserole.
    Mix soup and Ro-Tel in bowl.
    Pour over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
