Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 lb. processed cheese spread, grated
    10 oz. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Saute until soft in the margarine the celery, onion and carrots. Add broth and milk, reserving 1/2 cup milk.
    Combine flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Stir milk. Add soda and cheese last. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Serves 6 to 8.
