Creamed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 onions
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. white sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coarsely chop onions.
    Boil onions in salted water.
    Add butter to liquid; stir until melted.
    Add white sauce to onion mixture.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 8 people.
