Three Week Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. head cabbage, finely shredded
2 green peppers, diced
2 medium white onions, diced
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients well.
Place the remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to rolling boil.
Mix cabbage and dressing.
Add 1/2 cup red wine vinegar.
Marinate three days in refrigerator before eating.
Keep in refrigerator in airtight container up to 3 weeks.
