Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat 2 eggs slightly and pour into a well of flour mixture (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon).
    Add oil, apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix.
    Pour batter into a 15 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch greased pan.
    (I use lasagna size foil pans.)
    Sprinkle topping on cake.
    Put in cold oven.
    Set oven at 325\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
