Squash Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small zucchini squash
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and seed squash. Dice into pieces. Cook in saltwater until soft and tender. Drain off water.
    Pure squash or beat with mixer. Mix flour and sugar together. Add to mixture. Beat on low speed. Add eggs, milks and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
