Hot Brandied Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans apricot halves
1 (29 oz.) can pear halves (can)
1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. brandy
10 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Drain fruit.
Reserve juices.
Combine juices and stir well. Set aside 1/2 cup juices.
Combine butter and sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Add reserved juice, brandy and spices.
Stir until blended.
Combine fruit in 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Pour brandy mixture in.
Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Stir twice.
