Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 tsp. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until it looks like coarse corn meal.
    Blend egg in a cup.
    Add the water and vinegar to the eggs. Blend well and add to mixture.
    Add salt and blend until it holds together well.
    Flour board lightly and roll out dough to fit pan. Makes 3 crusts.
