St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 chopped onion
    2 to 3 celery sticks, chopped
    2 pkg. (1 box) Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. long grain rice
    butter
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Saute onions with celery sticks in a small amount of butter.
    Combine soup in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
    Add rice to soup mixture, then add sausage and vegetables.
    Place in casserole and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
