Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 can tomato soup
    1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    ingredients
    (except
    soup) well.
    Place in a loaf pan.
    Over
    the top, pour the 1/2 can of soup and 1/4 can water. (Barbecue
    sauce
    is
    also good as a topping.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
