Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
8 slices dry bread, cubed
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
7 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook sausage; drain grease off.
Add bread, cheese, mustard and beaten eggs in milk with salt.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
