Sausage Cheese Balls Or 1, 2, 3 Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage or mix hot and mild
    2 c. finely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. packaged biscuit mix
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and shape in balls the size of walnut (use hands).
    Bake on cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
