Sicilian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (lean)
    2 cans diced tomatoes (28 oz. size)
    2 cans red kidney beans (26 oz. size)
    1/2 stem celery, diced
    3 large onions, diced
    1 head garlic, diced (not clove, head)
    red ground pepper to taste
    2 green peppers, diced
    any desired seasonings (no salt)
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground meat.
    Add all listed ingredients. Cook over low heat for 2 hours; stir often.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice, if desired.
    Serve with Italian bread.
    Add spaghetti, cheese and salt if desired.
