Deer Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deer roast, cooked and shredded or chopped
    1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Warm tortillas until pliable.
    Place 1/4 cup of each ingredient in tortilla and roll.
    Place in pan; pour sauce over tortillas.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onions.
