Kraut And Frank Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. diced, pared potatoes (2 medium)
3/4 c. water
dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. sauerkraut, washed and drained
4 frankfurters
chopped parsley (for garnish; optional)
Preparation

In
2-quart
saucepan,
melt butter over low heat.
Add onion and cook, covered, about 5 minutes or until tender.
Add potatoes, water
and pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes
are
tender,
10 to 12 minutes.
Add milk and cook until milk bubbles around edge of pan.
