Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sweet butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/3 c. water
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan bottom only.
    Mix sugar and butter.
    Blend in eggs.
    Add banana and water.
    Beat for 30 seconds.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients until moist except nuts.
    Blend in nuts.
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
