"No Guilt" Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    desired spices (I like pepper and paprika)
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges (about the size of kosher pickle wedges).
    Dry with paper towel.
    Toss in a bowl with olive oil until lightly coated.
    Season with desired spices.
    Bake on a cookie sheet in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
