June Kleeb Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
juice of 2 lemons
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a tube pan.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Let cool.
Stir oil and cooled jello into cake mix.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Continue to beat 4 minutes after eggs are added.
Pour in tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Heat powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over hot cake.
Remove from pan when cake cools.
Yields 8 to 10 pieces.
