Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped salad olives
    2 Tbsp. olive juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash 8 ounces softened cream cheese (room temperature) with a fork, then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
    Blend well.
    Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped salad olives.
    Add 2 tablespoons of olive juice and a dash of pepper.
    Stir well.
    Put in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours.
    Serve with crackers.
