Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stalks fresh broccoli
1 c. rice
1 stick butter
1/2 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook fresh broccoli until tender.
Chop it up and put in a 1-quart casserole bowl.
Add your 1 cup of cooked rice to broccoli.
On stove, melt butter and cook onion until tender.
Mix in cream of mushroom soup and stir mixture together.
Pour over broccoli and rice.
Put cheese on top and cook for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
