Amish Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the oil, egg, mustard, salt and 1/3 cup sugar. Set aside.
    Over low heat, blend flour, 1/3 cup sugar, vinegar and water.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Combine well with first mixture.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Tastes like Marzetti slaw dressing.
    Good with cabbage or any dish you want to have a sweet and sour taste.
