Orange Sherbet Party Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 can pineapple juice
    1 can orange juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    1 (1/2 gal.) carton orange sherbet
    1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
    Add cold water.
    Combine juices and add to Jell-O mixture.
    Chill.
    Spoon sherbet into punch and add ginger ale just before serving.
    Serves 40.
