Greek Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

2 9 -oz. pkg. plain or tri-colored cheese tortellini, cooked, drained and refrigerated
2 red and/or green bell peppers, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. pitted kalamata olives, halved
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint or 1 Tbsp. dried mint
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
