Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions
2 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. shortening
1 lb. ground meat
salt to taste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 large can kidney beans
Preparation

Brown onions and garlic in shortening.
Add meat and brown. Drain.
Add salt, sauce, water, chili powder and beans (drained and washed).
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
