Michigan Cherry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    16 oz. can cherry pie filling
    1 large box vanilla pudding (instant)
    1 1/2 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Make cake according to package directions.
    Let cool.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan crumble cake.
    Pour pudding over cake.
    Spread evenly with pie filling and chill.
    Mix whipped topping and spread evenly over pie filling.
    Cover and chill until serving.
