Sunday Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak (about 3 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cut steak in serving size pieces. Pour oil in skillet. Roll steak in flour and brown on both sides. Remove to baking dish. Add onions to skillet and brown lightly. Add rest of ingredients to make sauce. Simmer a few minutes and pour over browned meat. Bake in covered baking dish until tender, about 3 hours.
