Cracker Jack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1 c. margarine
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, margarine and cream of tartar.
    Bring to a hard boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in soda. Pour over corn.
    Place in large roaster; bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
