Potatoes In Salsa(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 medium size potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or dry)
1/2 Tbsp. flour
water to cover
Preparation
-
Peel and cut potatoes 1/2 inch thick.
Mince onion and garlic and saute gently in oil; add flour.
Add potatoes and seasonings. Cover with water; cover pan and simmer slowly for 15 or 20 minutes.
