Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck steak, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can drained mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    Mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Cover and cook 10 more minutes, stirring to keep from sticking.
    Cool slightly and stir in sour cream.
    Serve over flat noodles.
