Ingredients

1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the egg white and water.
Add the nuts.
Mix well.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle the sugar mix over the nuts, mixing well, until the nuts are coated.
