Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, rinsed
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro or 3 tsp. dried cilantro
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Drain liquids.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Yields 3 cups.
