Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add raisins; coat with flour.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Pour into greased and floured layer cake pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
