American Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter, divided
    4 tsp. honey, divided
    4 slices (2/3 oz. each) American cheese, divided
    2 small lettuce leaves, flattened and divided
Preparation
    Place tortillas on a flat surface.
    Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
    Drizzle with 2 teaspoons honey. Arrange cheese slices over honey.
    Top with lettuce leaves.
    Roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Cut rolls crosswise in halves, then into 1-inch thick slices.
    Or, wrap uncut rolls in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
    Slice just before serving.
    Makes 4 portions.
