Perfection Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes lime flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. pimento, minced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/2 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
Preparation

Pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add vinegar, lemon juice and liquid artificial sweetener.
Chill until liquid starts to congeal, then add chopped vegetables.
Stir and pour into square pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares.
Place on lettuce leaf.

4 servings.
