Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. raw yellow squash, grated
    margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except margarine.
    Melt margarine in frypan over medium heat.
    Drop batter by tablespoons into margarine and cook on each side until golden brown.
