Gherkin Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 oz. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
3 oz. gherkin pickles
2 oz. pimentos
1 1/2 Tbsp. pickle juice
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
Preparation

Combine pork and bread crumbs.
Beat egg, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and sage together.
Coarsely chop pickles and pimentos.
Add juice and ground pepper and gently mix all ingredients together.
Pack into loaf pan.
Bake in water bath at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with crackers and mustard.
