Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough or rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper and sausage until sausage is done. Drain grease.
    After bread dough has risen, spread it out over a cookie sheet until it is about 1/4 thick.
    Spread cheeses in the middle of dough.
    Add sausage mixture.
    Pull sides up around filling.
    Pinch and roll edges to seal loaf.
    Fold ends to complete the seal.
    Place seam side down on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
