Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, tenderized
    4 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry onion gravy mix or soup mix
    garlic seasoning
Preparation
    Cut round steak into finger size strips.
    Soak overnight in mixture of remaining ingredients.
    When ready to cook, remove strips from mixture and coat with flour.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
