Fat-Free Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey breast meat, ground
    1/2 c. fat-free crackers
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/8 tsp. white pepper (optional)
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. no salt tomato sauce
    6 Tbsp. no salt ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey; mix well.
    Turn mixture into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until firm and brown on top.
    Combine ketchup and honey.
    Spread evenly over top of loaf and bake 5 minutes.
