Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can of whole kernel corn
    1 can of cream-style corn
    1 pkg Jiffy muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream or low-fat yogurt
    1 large egg
    1 small can chopped chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spray glass cooking dish with vegetable spray and pour in dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
